RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS                                                                                         

  • We do not accept returns on personalised garments so please choose carefully.
  • Items that have not been personalised can be returned to us for store credit.
  • Please note a $10.00 package and handling fee will be deducted from your credit.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  • Please email hello@sleepjournal.co with your order number and we will provide you with a return form.
  • Your order must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Ensure the goods are returned in brand new condition with tags attached.
  • We recommend that you use a postal service with tracking, as we are not liable for missing goods.
  • Please allow 7 days for a return to be processed.

 REFUNDS

  • In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Sleep Journal is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind.
  • If there is a major fault with the item you have received, we will first offer to repair or replace it where possible.
  • If we cannot repair or replace the item we will offer a refund.  
  • All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis and the outcome of a refund is at Sleep Journal's discretion.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • Please check your item over carefully upon receiving it.
  • If there are any faults the item can be sent back to be assessed by our returns department.
  • If the item is faulty you will be refunded in accordance with your consumer rights.
  • If the tags have been removed and the item has been worn we will be unable to accept the item back.
  • Any claims need to be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
