PERSONALISED GARMENTS

  • We do not accept returns on personalised garments so please choose carefully.

  • Items can be returned back to us for store credit - excluding personalised garments.
  • Your order must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Ensure the goods are returned in brand new condition with tags attached.
  • All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note a $10.00 package and handling fee will be deducted from your return.
  • Please contact hello@sleepjournal.co if you require a return.
  • We recommend that you use a postal service with tracking, as we are not liable for missing or damaged goods.
  • Please allow 7 days for a return to be processed.
  • If there is a major fault with the item you have purchased, we will offer to repair or replace it where possible. If we cannot repair or replace the item we will offer a refund. 
  • All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at Sleep Journal's discretion.
